An almost unbelievably poor pun. The poor sods in China have nothing to look forward to but injection moulding plastic bottoms for the opulent west. It's a miracle they haven't swarmed over and conquered us so far. The tap does actually emerge from the place where the rectum would be if this were indeed a real person's bottom.
